ProxifyPRO is a network administration and proxy management tool designed for legitimate purposes including web development, QA testing, market research, ad verification, privacy protection, and network infrastructure management. The software enables users to create and manage mobile proxy servers using their own 4G USB hardware.ProxifyPRO es una herramienta de administración de red y gestión de proxies diseñada para propósitos legítimos incluyendo desarrollo web, testing de QA, investigación de mercado, verificación de anuncios, protección de privacidad y gestión de infraestructura de red. You agree to use ProxifyPRO in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. ProxifyPRO shall not be used for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to: unauthorized access to computer systems, distribution of malware, identity theft, spam, DDoS attacks, circumvention of access controls in violation of law, or any activity that infringes upon the rights of others.Aceptas usar ProxifyPRO en cumplimiento con todas las leyes y regulaciones locales, nacionales e internacionales aplicables. The developers and operators expressly disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use this software. Users assume full responsibility for their actions while using ProxifyPRO. The operators bear no responsibility for how the software is utilized by end users, including any unlawful or unauthorized use. ProxifyPRO operates as a neutral technology tool, analogous to a VPN or web browser, and does not monitor, control, or take responsibility for user activity conducted through the proxies created with this software.ProxifyPRO se proporciona "TAL CUAL" sin garantía de ningún tipo, expresa o implícita. 4. LICENSE AND PAYMENT4. LICENCIA Y PAGO
ProxifyPRO licenses are non-transferable, non-refundable digital goods sold on a monthly subscription basis. Payment is processed exclusively via cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Lightning Network, USDT) through BTCPay Server. Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions and the instant delivery of digital license keys, all sales are final. License keys are bound to the purchaser's email and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Violation of license terms may result in immediate revocation without refund.Las licencias de ProxifyPRO son bienes digitales no transferibles y no reembolsables vendidos en suscripción mensual. Providers listing proxies on the ProxifyPRO Marketplace agree to maintain minimum 90% uptime. Failure to maintain service levels may result in withheld payouts, warnings, or permanent suspension. ProxifyPRO retains a 40% commission on all marketplace transactions. Payouts are processed monthly in cryptocurrency to the provider's designated wallet address. ProxifyPRO acts as an escrow intermediary and reserves the right to issue refunds to renters when SLA targets are not met. Providers are responsible for the legality of their proxy services in their jurisdiction.Los proveedores que listan proxies en el Marketplace de ProxifyPRO aceptan mantener un uptime mínimo del 90%. El incumplimiento de los niveles de servicio puede resultar en retención de pagos, advertencias o suspensión permanente. ProxifyPRO software, including all source code, compiled binaries, documentation, and visual assets, is proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, modification, or redistribution of the software is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent license protection mechanisms will result in immediate license termination.El software ProxifyPRO, incluyendo todo el código fuente, binarios compilados, documentación y activos visuales, es propietario y está protegido por leyes de propiedad intelectual. La ingeniería inversa, descompilación, desensamblaje, modificación o redistribución del software está estrictamente prohibida.
